- Boneless Fish - 1/2 Kg
- Chilli powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Salt as required
- Pudina leaves - A fistful
- Coriander leaves - A fistful
- Pepper powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Oil as required
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
First of all chop fish into square shape and wash it well. Then place the fish in a bowl, we can use frozen fish fillets also but for more taste use Fresh fish.
Add ginger, garlic, fresh pudina, coriander leaves and grind it well.
Marinate fish with addition of chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and grinded mixture. Then keep it for half an hour or more.
Take the stick for grilling and pierce the marinated fish pieces to it and keep this grilling for about 20 minutes.
Check every 10 minutes and then turn it's position as per you desired. You can make it grilled for more time if you need more crispy fish.
When it is cooked and grilled take it out. Serve it hot along with chapatti or take as a starter. Now, the Barbecued Fish Kebab recipe is ready to serve.
