- White Tulsi - 1/2 Cup
- Black Tulsi - 1/2 Cup
- Cumien Seeds - 2 Tbsp
- Honey - 1 3/4 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 Tbsp
- Fenugreek Seeds - 2 Tbsp
- Water - 1/2 Cup
Take fresh white Tulsi leaves and wash this in a water. With this can use black tulsi.
Wash black Tulsi. You can use it with seeds.
Soak cumin seeds in 1/2 cup of water. Keep this for 10 minutes.
Soak Fenugreek Seeds in 1/2 cup of water. Keep this for 10 minutes.
Add white Tulsi and Black Tulsi in a mixer jar with half cup of water. Make it into fine paste.
Extract juice from it by using strainer.
Pure juice is extracted. Add honey, lemon juice, cumin seeds and fenugreek soaked water. Stir it well.
Healthy Tulsi juice is ready to drink.
