  • Ladies Finger - 1 Cup
  • Fried Peanuts - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tbsp

Method

Wash ladies finger with fresh water. Wipe dry. Then chopped it into small round pieces.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and heat in a medium flame.

Now add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let crackle. Then add red chili.

Then add chopped bhindi and stir it well.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder.

Close the pan and cook till it tender.
