- Ladies Finger - 1 Cup
- Fried Peanuts - 1/4 Cup
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Sesame Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Wash ladies finger with fresh water. Wipe dry. Then chopped it into small round pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil and heat in a medium flame.
Now add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let crackle. Then add red chili.
Then add chopped bhindi and stir it well.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder.
Close the pan and cook till it tender.
Sabji cooked well, seasoning with salt.
Add sesame seeds powder, this give amazing crunchy taste to the recipe.
when the bhindi is half done, then add fried peanuts. Stir saute the mixture.
Add red chili powder. Dry fry the bhindi masala in medium flame. Add more oil to make crispy fry. Check and adjust salt and spices.
