- Ladies Finger - 1/2 Cup
- Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala - 2 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Oil - 3 Tbsp
- Salt for taste
- Chopped Tomato - 1/4 Cup
- Coriander leaves - Few
First of all take onion, tomato, ladies finger and cut them into small pieces.
Then switch on the stove and pour required oil for the ladies finger to fry and keep aside.
Then in another pot fry onions untill it become golden and crispy.
Now add tomato and fry for 5 minutes in simmer.
After that add garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste with onion and tomato. Stir well and cook for few minutes
Then add fried ladies finger with the above mixture and fry
Then add turmeric powder, required salt and stir fry well.
After frying add one tbsp red chili powder and mix well
Now add little water and keep a lid over the pan and cook for 3 minutes ,
Then switch off the stove and coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve the tasty and delicious ladies finger masala with rice or roties
