- Chicken Liver - 1/2 Kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Oil - 3 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Sliced Onion - 1 no
- Water - 1/4 Cup
- Salt as needed
Clean wash the chicken liver, marinate with pinch of turmeric powder.
Heat a pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, add ginger and garlic paste. Add all dry spices powder except pepper powder, such as red chili powder, turmeric powder and Garam masala. Add the liver pieces and make sure masala get coated well..
Add ¼ cup of water and let it cook until the water evaporates.
