Homemade chicken nuggets recipe

Chicken nuggets are also called as Minced chicken nuggets or Chicken cutlet. Serve it with tomato sauce, green chutney, coriander chutney, chicken pulao or chicken biryani. Chicken Nuggets is very easy and quick recipe. It does not require any difficult preparations. You can prepare chicken nuggets for 4 people in hardly 30 minutes. It’s a popular snacks recipe that you can even try as a starter while having lunch or dinner. The preparation time of the recipe is 20 minutes.
- Chicken - 1/4 Kg
- Coriander Leaves - 1 fistful
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- BlackPepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- Bread - 2 No
- Oil - To deep fry
Cut the chicken breast, chop boneless pieces into small sized cubes, clean and wash. Keep it aside.
Peel the garlic cloves. Dice the ginger into fine small pieces. Roughly chop fresh coriander leaves.
Add all the ingredients, Add chopped boneless chicken breast, sprinkle salt and black pepper into blender. Then mince it well.
Take out the mixture from blender and mix it until is smooth and well combined.
Take small round portions from the dough of minced chicken mixture. And make it into long cylindrical shapes as shown in the image. Moisten hands to prevent sticking.
Divide it into small piece along the length. Approximately 1.5 inches each.
Make bread crumb by blitz 2 hard bread slices in a blender.
Coat nuggets with prepared bread crumb mixture. Spread the crumbs uniformly . Deep fry the breadcrumbs coated chicken nuggets. So that the nuggets is ready to taste.
