- Boneless chicken cubes - 1/4 Kg
- Gram flour - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum - 1 no.
- Curry leaves - A sprig
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Red chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- Water as required
- Coconut milk - 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Green chili - 2 no.
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Pasta - 1/4 Kg
- Salt as required
- Grated coconut - 1 Tbsp
First of all wash the boneless chicken. Then take all the necessary ingredients for preparation process such as capsicum, ginger garlic paste, coconut milk, pasta, red chili powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, gram flour and chopped green chili.
Then heat a pan and pour water. When the water is boiled add pasta and few drops of oil.
After the pasta is boiled squeeze the pasta and remove excess water. Keep it separately in a room temperature for the next process.
Then heat a pan and add gram flour and fry this till it become golden brown in color. Then put off the gas .
When the gram flour is cooled add turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
Heat a pan and pour some oil in it. When the oil is heated add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
Add curry leaves in it and add pinch of salt to taste.
Add boneless chicken to the capsicum and cook for 5 minutes in low flame .
Then add ginger garlic paste to the chicken. And cook for another 5 minutes in the low flame.
Add the roasted gram flour mixture to the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame.
After that add coconut milk, water, chopped green chili.
Then add the cooked pasta to the chicken curry and mix it well. Taste and adjust salt content. Then put off the gas .
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. Now, the Chicken Spaghetti Recipe is ready to serve hot.
