- Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
- Honey - 3/4 Tbsp
- Dry Ginger - 1 Tbsp
- Water - 1 Cup
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Take fresh the Coriander leaves, remove unwanted and old leaves from it.
Remove root and rinse it with water. Roughly chop the coriander leaves.
Take a one Dry ginger, make this into fine powder by using mortar and pestle.
Now take lemon juice from lemon. Remove seeds from lemon juice.
Add chopped coriander leaves to mixer grinder with this add dry ginger powder.
Add 1/2 Cup of water and lemon juice. Make it into fine paste. And grind all this ingredients until it is fully paste.
Extract the juice and Add natural honey. Mix it well. Now the healthy and tasty Coriander Leaves Juice is ready to serve.
