Bottle Gourd juice is called by different names in different languages like it is called Sorakai Juice in Telugu, Lauki Juice or Lauki Ka Juice in Hindi. Many call it as Doodhi Juice in different parts of India.
Bottle Gourd juice is very easy to prepare. It takes around 10 mins for time to prepare it. Anyone can consume this Bottle Gourd juice as beverage. We can consume mainly as fresh and is definitely good for health. Fresh Bottle gourd Juice in the morning is good for health.

The other ingredients consists of milk, honey, ginger and lemon. All of these increase the taste and make this recipe healthier.

This recipe is generally made in homes. Many people across India have a love hate relationship with Bottle gourd.
- Bottle gourd - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Honey - 1 - 2 Tbsp
- Ginger chopped - 1/2 inch
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Take one large bottle gourd and wash it twice. Peel the skin.
After washing, remove the seeds and we have to slice. Put the sliced bottle gourd in a mixer.
Grind the sliced bottle gourd and ginger into fine paste without adding water.
Put ½ cup of milk in it and then give single stroke to blend.
Now add a spoon of lemon juice and honey for sweet. Stir well. Don't add sugar for sweet.
Stain and Change the juice from mixer to a cup and serve it chill.
