  • Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup

Method

First of all take a spinach. Remove its root and wash well twice. Chop them into small pieces and take a cup of spinach and keep aside.

After that take a cucumber then wash it well and peel off. Now, chop them into small pieces.

Now take a cabbage wash it well and take 1 of its outer layer for juice preparation and chop them into small pieces.

Then take a carrot wash it well and peel off its outer layer. Chop them into long straight pieces.

After that take coriander leaves remove its root alone. Wash them well and use both leaves and stem for juice preparation.

Now, take a jar and put all the ingredients together for grinding. Grind them initially without water, then add 1 cup of water and resume grinding well.
