- Jack Fruit Seeds - 1 Cup
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Salt as for taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
- Lemon Juice - 2 -3 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
Remove seeds from ripe jack fruit. Dry it well.
Dry fry the seeds in low flame. Outer skin colour change to blackish brown and shrink.
Once they are cooled remove the skin from it and then Chop it two equal half.
Now take a pan, Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of cumin and 1/2 tablespoon of mustard seeds to it and made it fry in the oil.
Once they are fried, add those chopped small pieces of seeds into the bowl.
Add ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder.
Seasoning with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Mix well.
Add black pepper powder. Freshly crushed pepper give fantastic taste to this recipe.
Made them fry in a low flame only. Switch off the stove add 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Add pepper, salt and lemon juice as per taste.
