In our version of jackfruit shake recipe, we have replaced sugar with palm sugar. Because It is much healthier and guilt-free! It is an easily to make this shake with only homemade of ingredients like cardamom powder, ice cubes, coconut milk, palm sugar and jackfruit pieces. In Vietnam,jackfruit was famous are called Xinh to Mit or Sinh to Mit which is synonymous with “fruit vitamins”. - Jack Fruit Slices - 1 Cup
- Palm Sugar - 1/4 Cup
- Fresh Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
- Cardamon Powder - 1/4 Tbsp
- Ice Cubes - 4 Nos.
Remove the seeds of jack-fruit and chop them as thin slices and grate or crush some palm sugar and bring some cardamon powder,
Extract a cup of fresh and thick coconut milk from the freshly grated coconut,you can also use packet coconut milk,
Take a blender jar or juicer jar add those chopped jack fruit slices into them,
Then add crushed or grated palm sugar or organic sugar or honey at this stage,
Then add freshly prepared home made thick coconut milk with them,i do not try the milk for this recipe,
Then add some ice cubes into them,You can also refrigerate for thirty minutes before serve instead of adding ice cubes,
Blend well the added ingredients about thirty to forty seconds in high speed till the jack-fruit pulps are finely grounded,
Pour the prepared delicious and chilled jack fruit milkshake to a serving glass,garnish well and serve cool.
