  • Green Chilly - 1 no.

  • Salt as per taste

  • Lemon juice - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Red chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - A fistful

Method

First of all wash the cabbage well.

Now, chop the cabbage into small slices to the least possible .

Then take a medium sized onion and chop that into small pieces. And also take 1 green chilly chop it into small pieces .

Then take oats and grind them well into fine powder for binding and mixing of cabbage balls .

Now, take a bowl and add chopped onion , green chilly, coriander leaves , 1 tbsp of red chilly powder, salt, 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix well .

Now add 1/2 cup of oats powder and 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix well. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp of water also.
