Ingredients

  • Powdered Oats - 1 Cup
  • Wheat Atta - 1/2 Cup
  • Ripened Mango - 1 no.
  • Egg - 2 no.
  • Vennila Essence - 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Skimmed milk - 1 Tbsp

Method

Step 1

In a bowl add a cup of Powdered Oats and add 1/2 a cup of wheat flour that is 1:1/2 ratio and mix well together.

Take a mixer jar add the Ripe Mango fruit slices into it and grind to a fine paste by adding skimmed milk gradually.

Make a thickened paste of mango puree and skimmed milk. Also same procedure for banana and or for jackfruits pancake.

Now add the mango puree into the oats and wheat flour mix, blend well till no forms of lumps. Add a pinch of salt in the mix to enhance the sweetness.

Now add the white layer of two eggs and add ½ cup of sugar are mix well together till the batter becomes soft. Smash with hand or fork to resolve the lumps formation.

Now add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence which gives very good flavor to this recipe,mix well together. If you have beater means use and make a soft batter. Keep the oats batter for 5 minutes without any disturbance.

Heat the flat non-stick pan, pour the batter and spread it like a dosa, close the lid and keep cook for 3 minutes in medium flame.

After 3 minutes, turn and flip other side cook for two minutes in medium flame. Sprinkle the oil or ghee over dosa and flip on both sides. Serve the dosa with chutneys.
