Paneer Pulao Recipe

Paneer pulao recipe is one of the easy and quick to make recipes in busy households. A variety of pulao recipes are prepared across regional differences and savored by people of all ages. Jeera pulao, corn pulao, vegetable pulao, green peas pulao, kashmiri pulao, potato pulao are some of the commonly prepared pulao recipes in the country. Egg pulao, chicken pulao, prawn pulao are some of the non vegetarian varieties of pulao dishes.

Basmati rice when cooked along with vegetables, spices and softly cooked paneer, gives us a flavorsome dish that is paneer pulao. The specialty of this dish lies in its simple yet delicious tasting recipe. One of the favorite ingredient of vegetarian lovers, paneer is the main entity of our recipe. The other important ingredients would be onion, carrot, green peas, ghee, tomato puree, ginger, garlic, coriander, mint, cumin seeds and spices like bayleaf, cinnamon, jeera.

Preparation Methods

Paneer cubes are first marinating with spices, chilli powder,  mildly fring and kept a side to added to the pulao. In a pan heated oil and add the spices mentioning  the ingredients. Then chopping onions and chilli are adding. Once  turn golden brown,ginger garlic paste was adding and mixing well. When the raw smell diminishes, the chopped vegetables are added to the mixture. Well soaked and cooked basmati rice is then added and all the ingredients are mixed together. Now we add the already marinated and cooked paneer to the pulao. The pulao is then garnished with chopped coriander leaves, additional cubes of cooked paneer. Grated paneer can also be using for garnishing to make the pulao alluring.

The preparing pulao can be serving along with raita, vegetable salad or dal and pickle. Pulao was considering one of the favorite home cooking foods and available across restaurants.

The paneer paulo is the most famous for north indian dish was mostly likly by kids and was very easily to preparaing and it was very tasty

Ingredients

  • Paneer - 1 Cup
  • Vegetables - 1 Cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
  • Jeera - 1 Tbsp
  • Bayleaf - 1 Tbsp
  • Cloves - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - 2 Tbsp
  • Biryani Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Yogurt - 1 Cup

Method

Step 1

as the first step take the vegetables required for the recipe and clean them and chop them and add into a plate

as the next step add the piece of paneer and cut them into cubes and add them into a fresh and clean bowl

as the next step take a cup of basmati rice and add them into a bowl and clean them till it seems clear and soak
