- Potato - 1/2 Kg
- Tomato - 1 Cup
- Yogurt - 5 Tbsp
- Curry leaf - 2 sprig
- Mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
- Fennel seed - 1 Tbsp
- Wheatflour - 2 Cup
- Salt - 2 Tbsp
- Blackpepper - 1 Tbsp
- Red chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- Termaric powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Water - 2 Cup
- Oil for deep fry
In seprate cooker take 3 potatoes with some salt den cover it up the cooker & boling till den came 3 whisel .den turn off heat.
First pepare tomato puree & all ingredients[ curry leaf, mustard seed, fennel seed, & yogurt also] together keep a side.
After completely boiled potatoes den filter out of the hot water, its a very spicy recipe. everyone like this curry.
Turn on the heat in separate cooker get 2 spoon oil,when oil heat den add curry leaf, mustard seed, &fennel seed together mix it well fry it for 2 mins,
Add pepared tomato pouri, &stir it well & cook it for 10 mins, den add salt, red chilly powder, &add also termaric powder, mix well.
Then chopped potatoes small shapes nicely .. this curry is very simple steps to cook &its a very light curry no heavy curry,
