Ever wondered how to make spring rolls? Well, it’s very easy and simple. A usual spring roll recipe includes vegetables like cabbage, beans, carrots, shallots or onions. You can make your own filling with other veggies like beans, capsicum, broccoli and even paneer, tofu, cheese, etc. You can lend the spice to the filling by green chilies or paprika. Ingredients

  • Beans - 1/4 Kg
  • Carro t- 1/4 Kg
  • Spring Onion - 2 Nos.
  • Soyasauce - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Onion -1 Nos.
  • Ginger - 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 Tbsp
  • Green Chilly - 3 Nos.
  • Salt - 1/4 Tbsp
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Springrollsheets - 8 Nos.

Method

Step 1

At the first step clean and chop the vegetables of your choice . I used carrot, beans and spring onion .

Mean while heat a pan or kadai pour oil to it , when it is hot add ginger garlic and green chilly to it .

Then saute it well for about two minutes and then add chopped onion to it .stir it well .

When the onion becomes nicely translucent add the vegetables like carrot ,beans and spring onion to it .

Let it cooked well then add salt and soya sauce to it,then off the flame and let it become cooled . when its cool take one sheet and pour some of vegetable mix to it .

Then roll it and at the end of roll paste some maida to make it sticked well. Then make rolls with the remaining mix and sheets .

Then heat a pan and pour some oil to it when the oil becomes hot put the spring rolls to it .

When one side is nicely brawn and fried turn it to other side and like that fry all the spring rolls and transfer it to a casserole . then serve hot with tomato sauce .
