- Fresh Butter - 1 Tbsp
- Cucumber - 1/2 No
- Tomato - 1/2 No
- Black Pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Tbsp
Gather all the ingredients to make the preparation of the recipe quick.
Take four fresh white or brown bread slices and cut out all the brown corners using a knife.
Then take a cucumber and scrape out the skin using a peeler, wash and then chop into thin round slices.
Wash and slice the tomato into round thin slices. It is better to choose medium ripen tomato which is good for this recipe.
Take two chopped bread slices and apply some butter over them, which has to be spread evenly.
Then sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder over the butter spread white bread slices.
Then place two well-sliced cucumber slices over the bread, you can arrange as you desire.
