- White Tulsi - 1/2 Cup
- Black Tulsi - 1/2 Cup
- Clove - 2 Nos.
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Honey - 1 Tbsp
- Lavan Bhaskar Churna - a pinch
- Water - 2 cups
Take fresh white Tulsi leaves and wash it with water.
Wash black Tulsi. You can use it with seeds.
Take ½ Tbsp of Lavan Bhaskar Churna. it is an Ayurveda Churna used to improve digestion, which is available in all Ayurveda stores.
Prepare all the required ingredients for make Tulsi ginger tea.
In a deep pan, Heat 3 glass of water, add 2 nos. Clove, cinnamon, a pinch of Turmeric powder, ½ tbsp of Lavan Bhaskar Churna and washed tulsi leaves.
Close it with lid and Allow it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Water have to reduce from 3 glass to 1 glass.
When water content reduce to 1 glass. Switch of the flame. Cool and Strain decoction.
Add 1 tbsp of honey when decoction is lukewarm.
Mix honey well. Now the Ayurvedic Tulsi Kashayam is ready to serve.
