  • Pasta- 1 Cup
  • Carrot- 1 No.
  • Greenchilly -1 No.
  • Butter 1- Tbsp
  • Milk - Cup
  • Salt- 1 Tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • Onion - 1 No.

Method

Step 1

* Firstly we have to take one cup of pasta , * You can choose your favorite company pasta .

* Now take a 1 and 1/2 cup of water and make it heat in a low medium flame .

* After that add 1 and 1/2 cup of pasta to the water , as in the below image .

* Now add 1/2 table spun of salt to this kada , for a good taste .

* Add 1/2 spun of oil to the kada , for the non stick to the pasta .

* After adding salt and oil to the kada , now cook this in a low medium flame .

* After cooking for 5 minutes , add the cool water on the pasta and separate the pasta as in the below image .

* Take a one carrot wash this fully and remove the outer layer and cut as slice as in the below image .

* After frying the onion now add chopped carrot to the kada , and fry for 1 minute .

* After frying the onion now add chopped green chilly to the kada , and fry for 1 minute .

* Now add 1 and 1/2 spun of cornflower to the kada , for the thickness of the white sauce .

* After adding the cornflower to the kada , just mix it well slowly , and fry for 5 minutes .

* After that now add 1 and 1/2 cup of milk to the kada , for making the white sauce .

* After adding salt and black pepper , now mix it well slowly , stirl continuously for 2 minutes .
