- Potato - 1/2 no.
- Apple - 1/2 no.
- Carrot - 3/4 nos.
- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Honey as required
First of all take a medium size potato and wash well. Then chop them.
After that take a ripen red apple wash it well and chop them also.
Now take a Carrot wash it well and peel of the outer layer.
Then take a piece of ginger. Wash it well and keep aside.
Now take a mixie jar and add 1/2 apple, 3/4 carrot, 1/2 potato, 1 inch ginger and grind them well.
After that add 1/4 cup of milk and grind them well for few minutes.
Now, the vegetables juice will look like as shown in the image.
